Chapter 1: Corruption in Laguna Beach
Chapter 2: Corruption in Orange County
Chapter 3: 295 Broadway Street (Asbestos in the water)
Chapter 4: The Free independent press vs political corruption

----------------------------------

While making this article, I was a victim of police brutality in Laguna Beach, on multiple occasions. It is the will of the free press, to stand up against corruption that harms the American people. If you would like to learn more on what is happening, read through this book. At the final chapter in this book (Chapter 4), it will go into detail about my false detainment by the City of Laguna Beach.

I would like the Laguna Beach Police to stop threatening my family and my life, while sending police officials over to my house.

--------------------

I went to the America First rally in Laguna Beach, it was pretty much a peaceful rally, with several small fights. There were a few thousand people there, they would not let people into the America first section. It seemed around 75% - 85%  Alt-Left and ANTIFA protesters, it was too difficult to tell, because they would not let people in the America First rally. I felt that the police were trying to keep the numbers of the America First crowd down, by not letting people in. However, many of the ANTIFA and Alt Left were threatening violence, which is why the police would not let many people into the America First section. It was very sad and pathetic seeing all the fascist Alt-Left people and ANTIFA supporters going around, even young American kids and ANTIFA people running around, trying to say that the America First rally was racist, which it was not. It was simply honoring Americans that have been killed by illegal immigrants, it was also a pro Trump rally as well. Many people that did want to show up to the America First rally, did not, because of threats of violence by the Alt Left, and being called a racist by the Alt left. I was hanging out in a small section of an America First crowd, while walking around interviewing different people. I eventually went into the main America First crowd near the end of the gathering, when the police were leaving and letting people through.

We need to end the dangers of illegal immigration in our country, we also need to stop Sharia government in America and across the planet.

We are calling upon the American Militias to remove these ANTIFA traitors from our lands, once and for all, by any and all means necessary, this includes all of the people allying with ANTIFA at protests. Many of these ANTIFA groups are a threat to America, and are now treated as the enemy of the American people. .

Donald Trump, please help the American people defeat the Alt-Left and many of the Hillary Clinton minions and supporters as well. We have a short amount of time, before the Alt-Left tries to undermine and destroy the country.

The best thing for me to do right now, is call upon the American Militia to deal with this tyranny of the Alt Left, protesting against people that want legal immigration. The American people will no longer tolerate these Alt-Left fascist traitors at these rallies, trying to threaten good Americans with violence.  I feel that America has lost California to the Alt Left and illegal immigrants, including many Pro Sharia Alt Left people that you see at these protest events as well. The best thing we can do is remove many of these ANTIFA protestors and illegal immigrants from our political system, in order to save America.

Even though I may not agree with Donald Trump on all topics, Donald Trump has become one of my favorite Presidents of America, simply because he angers so many Alt-Left people that want illegal immigration, with people that could come into our country with nuclear weapons. It surprises me how many Alt-Left people are against having secured borders, then name-call others as being racist, that want secured borders, such as other nations that have secured borders. It is going to be difficult for the next President of America to do this, without being called a racist, and have mainstream media attack you. We must ask why the mainstream media and illegal immigrants hate Trump so much, this is why I like Trump. I am the one here with one of the biggest reports on Trump, and in the beginning, I tried my hardest with all my investigations on people running for president, to see if they are good people or not. I can say that the Alt-Left acting they way they are, makes me not want to go along with the mainstream dumbness of these ANTIFA crowds and the Alt-Left. These groups are the true oppressors of freedom, and want to limit freedom of speech as well, while bringing in illegal immigrants, and calling people racists that do not agree with their ideology.
America is being destroyed from the inside, and it is from many of its own people, such as many of the Alt Left traitors and ANTIFA traitors at the rally in Laguna Beach. Soon you will see what is going to happen to tyrants and traitors at the next ANTIFA rallies. ANTIFA will be crushed by the American people. We will not tolerate many of these pro illegal immigrant people trying to wear masks and threaten violence against real Americans. I would tell the American public to not support or ally with ANTFIA, or you you will be deemed a traitor to America. These ANTIFA crowds are soon going to be put in their place, as a bunch of traitors. History often repeats itself, many people know that ANTIFA is a communist themed type organisation that is a joke, these people want to destroy America, while allying with George Soros and the globalist agenda.

We are giving the American Militias the green light to stop ANTIFA by all means and all costs necessary.

-------------------------------------------------

Even the mainstream media tried to demonize the event and called it a hate rally, which it was not. The mainstream media were even promoting ANTIFA, which is now going to be known as a terrorist organisation. We are ready to put down these ANTIFA terrorists, in the name of fighting terrorism and Islamic extremism. ANTIFA promotes Islam in America, including the expansion of Sharia that comes with radical Islam. Both of these organisations are allied, and both wear masks over their face, while trying to inflict acts of violence upon people. Both of these groups are also racist groups that hate western culture and target white people in hate crimes. Both radical Islam and ANTIFA are funded by George Soros.

Right-wing rally planned for Laguna Beach sparks backlash, counter-demonstration against racism

August 19, 2017

A planned Sunday rally in Laguna Beach to draw attention to crimes committed by immigrants in the country illegally has sparked a counter-demonstration planned for Saturday.
Saturday’s rally, led by Indivisible OC 48, Indivisible OC 46 and Together We Will Orange County, begins at 10 a.m. at Main Beach and is called “From Charlottesville to Laguna Beach: We Stand Together,” according to a Facebook post.

“Heeding the call from the Movement for Black Lives for a national action and solidarity with Charlottesville, Va., on Saturday and in response to the encroachments of racists and white supremacists on Sunday into beautiful Laguna Beach as the bastion for diversity, liberty and equality, we’re holding a unity rally with Mayor Toni Iseman.
“Our message is loud and clear: Hate is not welcome here!”

On Sunday, right-wing activists will hold a rally for what they say are victims who have died because of DUI accidents and gang-related crimes from people living illegally in the U.S. Organizers said the rally also will protest “cheap labor” from immigrants here illegally.
Such messages struck Lulu Hammad, one of the organizers for Saturday’s rally, as offensive.
“The notion that illegal [immigrants] and refugees are starting crimes in our society, as if they are bringing this crime and illegal activity, is not true," Hammad said. “This has always been an open space for people to have equal rights.”

 http://www.latimes.com/local/lanow/la-me-laguna-protests-20170819-story.html

---------------------------

Part of the problem was that the Mayor of Laguna Beach named Toni Iseman, was trying to call the America First rally racist, which it was not. The Mayor even tried to block people from entering the America First rally. Toni Iseman was giving her support to these groups to counter-protest the America First event. Many of these counter-protest groups such as ANTIFA, were encouraged by Mayor Iseman. As we know ANTIFA is a terrorist organisation, and threatened the people of Laguna Beach, while Toni Iseman was promoting these groups to do exactly that, to counter-protest the America First rally. Toni Iseman was even at a counter-protest event the day before the America First rally. It was Iseman trying to stir up the counter-protesters, simply because she did not like the America First rally. Iseman is a corrupt politician that hates American freedom, including individuals that stand up for freedom in America.

Laguna Beach police ramping up for rally, counter protest on Sunday

 August 16, 2017

LAGUNA BEACH – Police are gearing up for Sunday evening when a group called America First! plans to rally against illegal immigration on Main Beach and likely draw counter-protesters.
“We’re expecting a couple hundred but that could increase by the hour, the day and even over the weekend,” Laguna Beach Sgt. Jim Cota said. “We’re also expecting counter-protesters who plan to bring plenty of people with them.”
Representatives of both sides have told police they will show up.
The city’s Police Department is holding daily meetings, gathering information and making plans for a strong police presence. Officers from neighboring cities as well as from the Orange County Sheriff’s Department will be on hand as well, the sergeant said.
“This is a serious, serious thing,” said Mayor Toni Iseman. “We are a community that embraces diversity. We are the quintessential opposite of their core values,” she said of America First!
The groups are expected to stage at Main Beach at 6:30 p.m. The America First! protesters will be kept in the sandy area of the park near Coast Highway and Broadway Street, while the counter-protesters will be kept farther to the south on the grass.

The mayor wants locals to keep away from the rally and counter-protest so calmness prevails.
“If people want to shop and go to the restaurants, that’s fine but don’t cross the Coast Highway,” she said.

We need to end foreign influence that is harming America, we need to put America first.

We need to stop illegal immigration in America.

We need to stop the influences of religious Sharia government in America.(IslamicShariaGenocide.Blogspot.com).

We need to stop the influences of religious and political Zionist extremism in America.

We often hear the press talk about the problems with the Israeli lobby trying to destroy America, including the political Zionists trying to take over America. The people want the free press to talk about these issues, and not hide the fact that the Israeli lobby is trying to destroy America.

One thing the media will not tell you, is that Mayor Toni Iseman (Zionist), including most of the city council and the city manager (Zionists), are very crooked politicians, they hate Trump, and are embezzling money from the city of Laguna Beach. The politicians here even made medical cannabis clinics illegal in Laguna Beach, when they used to be legal. The government of Laguna Beach in 2017 even made it illegal to smoke any cigarette, E-cigarette or cigar in Laguna Beach, or they will fine you. I thought that this was America, and that people have the right to smoke in public. These types of corrupt politicians do not represent the people of America, and deserve to be fired.

For more information on Toni Iseman and why we need to remove this politician from office in  Laguna Beach, visit our report on the corruption in the government of Laguna Beach. Toni Iseman,
the 2017 city council and the City Manger also have embezzled a lot of money, which is why our sewers in Laguna Beach continue to not have the funds to be repaired, including our schools, while these politicians pocket the money.

The media states that Donald Trump is not doing enough against white supremacist groups.
Even when after Trump denounces white supremacists, the KKK and neo nazis, the media still attacks Trump, and wants him to continue to name more groups. There are hundreds of racist groups in America, and it would take hours to go through them all. This is a good example of how the media shoots themselves in the foot, and why no one will believe MSM CNN or MSNBC now.

Was It a Scary Laguna Beach City Council Threat or a Music Video Stunt?

  January 17, 2017

The man accused of threatening the Laguna Beach City Council—through an online advertisement that included photos of him in camouflage holding what appears to be an automatic rifle—claims his arrest "was just a misunderstanding" involving a "publicity stunt" for his latest music video.
Michael James Ross says the Orange County District Attorney's office "did not press any charges," which is technically true. The case was sent back to the Laguna Beach Police Department for further investigation, says Susan Kang Schroeder, the OCDA chief of staff.

I accuse the local government and police of ruining my cancer research, including my cancer research on DuPont. You will notice that politicians try to lie about people trying to make journalists keep quiet about the corruption. You will notice 6 minutes, into the following video how the news does not even tell you my website. I am a peaceful and non-violent journalist, you can see that I mention all of this in my videos and blogs. I do not feel that this is fair, that I am being singled out. Can you please let me continue my cancer research in peace.

The problem is that many of the people in Laguna Beach and Orange County, allow the corruption to continue to exist. There are too many careerists in the country right now. Many of these careerists are more afraid of losing their job or career, and refuse to speak up or help out with stopping the corruption here in Orange County. I have seen with my own two eyes, the people of Laguna Beach and Orange County, betray the free and independent medical press, and replace it with corrupt politicians. That is why Orange County, is one of the counties with the highest rate of corruption. Even those n the press that try to do something about it, are often singled out by the government. Currently, I am not allowed to state or repeat what I said in the posting, or the government states that they could arrest me. It is difficult for me to tell you what is going on, and the full statement that I made. I do not feel that I am even able to tell the public what is going on. I am not even allowed to go to the city council meetings in my town, to try and tell the people what is happening, and why I have committed no crimes.

We can see right now that they are trying to censor the web and journalists as well.

I would like to state for the record, that I believe that the Laguna Beach government acted illegally by breaking into my home and damaging my external hard drives. I would like to state for the record, that if the Laguna Beach Police dare come back to my house, that I have had enough of the corruption in the government and police force of Laguna Beach, and I am asking the people to stop this corrupt government from harming me, and my cancer research. We are giving orders to the American people, to stop the government from harming our medical and cancer research. The Laguna Beach Police are not welcome on my property, and I want to state for the record that it is trespassing, if you continue to show up at my house illegally to bother and bully me.  I did not break any laws, and I want my guns back, or else this will be treated as a mutiny by the government of Laguna Beach. We know about the corruption going on in Orange County, California. I want to leave my headquarters here in Orange County, because it is the local corruption in the government that continues to harm my family and my research, this is not over by any means yet. Laguna extends city manager's contract and gives him a bonus

 Mar. 29, 2017

The Laguna Beach City Council on Tuesday unanimously approved extending City Manager John Pietig's contract and awarded him a one-time exceptional performance bonus of 5% of his annual salary.
Pietig's contract ends June 30, 2018, so the new agreement will run through June 30, 2020. His contract will be automatically extended another year, through June 30, 2021, unless the council decides otherwise by July 1, 2018, according to a city staff report.
Pietig, as all other city employees in management positions, will receive a 3% raise on July 1, 2017, and another 3% on July 1, 2018. His current salary is $251,809 per year.
As part of a yearly evaluation of Pietig, a council subcommittee of Bob Whalen and Kelly Boyd reviewed contract lengths of other city managers countywide.

Laguna Beach: Perk City for Government Employees

 June 24, 2016

http://www.capoliticalreview.com/capoliticalnewsandviews/laguna-beach-perk-city-for-government-employees/

Working for government is good for your economic condition and success.  No need to be productive, just take some meetings, phone calls and be highly political—and you can be very rich.  The city of Laguna Beach, in Ornage County, is a great example of why government costs so much—and those in charge are paid extremely well—till death do us part.
Guaranteed retirement pensions, unmatched in the private sector. The former Laguna Beach city manager pulls in over $238,000 a year in guaranteed pension benefits, an additional six retirees pull in over $140,000 a year, and 21 other retirees pull in over $100,000 year in 2014, the latest figures available at TransparentCalifornia.com, a data base of government salaries and pensions..
Managers are also eligible to receive a 2 percent of base salary contribution to a deferred compensation plan, a $350 a month car allowance, and free shopper parking permits.
Fully paid Cadillac style health, dental, vision insurance plans costing for some over $19,000 per employee per year. The city pays 100% of employee coverage and 90% of dependents, says the benefit statement for management employees.”
This is an example of just pone city—the city manager of Madera, a town of 63,000—one of the most poverty stricken in the State, gets paid $212,000.  The city manager of Fresno, a town of over 500,000, get paid $234,000.  Love Madera, government is rich in the midst of poverty.

Perk City
By Jennifer Welsh Zeiter, Laguna Beach independent,  6/23/16
If Huntington Beach is Surf City, then Laguna Beach is Perk City.
Kudos to Rita Robinson of the Indy for the news article exposing the home purchase program offered by the city to our new assistant city manager/director of public works. Under this program the city just helped our new assistant city manager buy a $1.6 million home in Laguna as a “signing bonus”, on the premise that “essential” city employees need to live in Laguna in times of serious emergencies (and when exactly was the last time that occurred in Laguna?)
One wonders what would happen if the emergency occurred while the city employee were on vacation or attending a soccer game in Anaheim? Never mind that almost no OC cities offer this perk; of the very few that do, it is only for the city manager. But Laguna is ahead of the perk curve because the city has perked it to about half a dozen employees.
Not only do these city employees receive below market interest rate (around 2% for Dupuis) loans from the city, they don’t have to worry about qualifying with those pesky lenders the rest of us have to deal with.  Plus they get to seriously upgrade. The new assistant city manager’s old house in Anaheim is on the market for just under $600,000. That’s a $1 million upgrade. Plus under the city housing assistance agreement, these perk employees get to keep the house for up to two years after termination of employment, and up to 10 years after retirement or death.
How is this a justifiable use of taxpayer funds when the city is looking to raise taxes and float bonds for things the city apparently can’t afford to pay for within its current budget?
How can an employee who allegedly is “essential” have an option to take this perk or not, as with Steve May, former director of public works. Either it’s required or it’s not.
May, who lives in Huntington Beach, said it wasn’t necessary for him to live in Laguna. Why? Because there is staff and cell phone communication. Bingo, so it’s not really an “essential” requirement, it’s really just another perk of city employment funded by your taxpayer dollars. Or, in other words, it’s the drummed up argument approved by our city council to support a perk that otherwise would be unsupportable.
When did living in Laguna become an entitlement of upper management city employees? It took most of us years of hard work and careful savings to afford a home here. Maybe one can understand the city manager being required to live in the city, maybe, but is anyone else really essential?  As pointed out in the recent article, Newport Beach voters did away with this perk in 2010. It’s atypical of most cities, and it rarely happens in the private sector.  Do we really need to beg people to work in Laguna Beach and buy them a house?
In case you’re wondering here’s a partial list of other perks culled from the “Benefits for Full Time Laguna Beach Management Employees” in a statement provided by finance director Gavin Curran.
Three-day weekends twice a month.
The city pays 100% of employee coverage and 90% of dependents, says the benefit statement for management employees.
Median and average earnings exceeding private sector workers. Median pay for full time Laguna Beach city employees is $98,643, and median pay plus benefits is $131,612, based on the 2014 figures from Transparent California.com.
Median earnings for full time private workers is only $90,865, which is $8,000 less, says Transparent California.com.
Based on the city’s published FY 2016-2017 budget, salaries and overtime average $112,614, and total salaries plus benefits average $175,057. And those numbers are even higher now, having been superseded by the 2016 mid-year reviews.
Management employees get 17 days of paid vacation a year, and 22 days after nine years. That doesn’t include the 10 paid city holidays. In addition up to 400 hours or 10 weeks of vacation pay can be accrued and cashed out, says the explanation of management benefits provided Curran.
Eighty hours of paid leave a year at 50% of pay, plus unlimited accrual, which can be cashed out and used to spike pensions.
Management employees also get up to 10 days of paid administrative leave a year.
Automatic pay raises: 3.5% in 2016, 3% in 2017, 3% in 2018. No performance required. Typically, management employees receive the same pay raise negotiated under union collective bargaining agreements.
Plus management employees are eligible for bonuses up to 5 percent of base salary, and possibly an additional 5 percent if approved by the city manager.
Is it any wonder that over 500 people applied for a recent entry level position of cashier/clerk? Perk City, where your taxpayer dollars are hard at work, or not.

New Employee Receives Special Perk

Posted On 03 Jun 2016

In her dual job titles as the city’s new assistant city manager and director of public works,

Shohreh Dupuis knows she’ll encounter the unique challenges of a popular beach town. Experienced at working with regional transportation agencies, her first task will be the utility undergrounding project in Laguna Canyon and the growing traffic congestion on the city’s small streets, she said.
With at least one hurdle that confronts most residents, she will receive help. Dupuis is one of four City Hall executive administrators getting assistance from their employer to buy a home in town, said Gavin Curran, director of finance and information technology.
And that’s a big help, especially in a city that ranks second highest for median home prices in Orange County, according to Core Logic property information company and Oscar Wei, senior economist for the California Association of Realtors. Corona del Mar ranks first.
“I am grateful for the home equity-sharing program since it makes living in Laguna affordable for me and my family,” said Dupuis, who will receive city assistance in buying a $1.7 million home.
Dupuis formerly worked in Irvine as deputy director of public works and still lives in Anaheim Hills, about 30 miles from her new job. The position in Laguna is a step up, she said, and the home equity-sharing arrangement provided a persuasive incentive. Irvine does not offer employees a home equity-sharing option, said Craig Reem, Irvine’s director of public affairs and communication.
The purpose of the employee incentive is to ensure that key employees are close enough to respond quickly if there’s an emergency, said City Manager John Pietig.
In the fire department, for example, the chief is not required to live in town, but their second in command, division chiefs, are expected to live close by as part of the city’s initial emergency-response plan, explained fire Chief Jeff LaTendresse, who’s been fire chief for almost three years. He took advantage of the equity-sharing program when he was a division chief.
Because they rotate on-call responsibilities, fire division chiefs are expected to live not more than 12 miles away or move into town through the housing assistance program, said Pietig.  Mandating participation in the program for other employees could “severely limit the candidate pool,” Pietig added.
Dupuis, who started working for the city on May 2, said a house costing $1.7 million – slightly below the $1.8 million median sales price in Laguna as of May 1 – will suit her family’s needs, according to Curran’s report to the City Council last month.
The city adopted the Essential Employee Housing Assistance Program in 2000, recognizing higher home prices here that have only gotten costlier. Under the program, the city will assist Dupuis by co-owning the house up to $850,000 and offering a 20-year direct loan of up to $450,000 to help her finance her half. The total cost to the city is $1.3 million, Curran reported. The city will reap a return on its home equity when the house is eventually sold.
Under the housing assistance program, six city employees have benefited from the co-ownership and direct loan program in the last 16 years, Curran said. Even though each case is considered individually, the city has typically paid half the home price and half the closing costs, he said.
Currently, Dupuis, Pietig, LaTendresse and Battalion Chief Tom Christopher purchased homes under the home-equity program, Curran reported. Former Fire Chief Mike Macey participated when he was a division chief, he said, and Pietig and former water quality supervisor Graham Wright participated in the direct loan program.
Steve May, Dupuis’s predecessor as director of public works, said it wasn’t necessary for him to live in Laguna.
“I had people on staff who could respond to sewer spills and storm drain problems,” he said. “They needed to be able to get there very quickly, but not so much me. I was able to communicate by cellphone or radio, if it was necessary, “ said May, now San Juan Capistrano’s director of public works and utilities, and a 22-year Huntington Beach resident.
Dana Point and Newport Beach also have offered similar equity-sharing arrangements, but only to city managers. Dana Point City Manager Doug Chotkevys said Tuesday it was his idea. “Before I got here, Dana Point went through a city manager every 18 months,” he said. To do the job right, he said he needed to live in town and asked for help. The city split the equity of a home with him. After a few years, he refinanced and bought the city out, he said.
Newport Beach offered previous city managers an equity-sharing benefit when the city charter mandated residency. That requirement was lifted when voters approved charter changes in 2010, city spokeswoman Tara Finnigan said.
Home-equity sharing is an atypical employee benefit. It’s not even included as a question on the most recent compensation survey conducted among members of the International City/County Management Association.
“Employers do have to be creative in the current job market,” said Shannon Drohman, a principal of Compenstion Connection in Seattle, which advises several Washington state cities on benefits. “I have not seen employers do this in either the private or public sector,” Drohman said. More typical are relocation expenses and monthly housing allowances of up to $4,000 a month for upper level leadership, she said.
According to Dupuis’s agreement with Laguna, she will contribute a 20-percent down payment toward the purchase price. The city and Dupuis will split closing costs, property taxes, insurance and capital improvements. Dupuis will pay interest on the direct loan that’s slightly higher than the rate of return on the city’s investment portfolio, or a range of 2 to 5 percent, according to the staff report.
The city expects to fund its half of the purchase from the sale of two homes it already co-owns, according to the report. LaTendresse’s home at 1044 Noria Way in Arch Beach Heights is now on the market for $1.7 million. The other at 1419 Regatta Way in Bluebird Canyon is owned by former water quality supervisor Wright and priced at $1.5 million.
LaTendresse said he’s downsizing, not retiring, and isn’t sure yet where he’ll end up. “We’re empty-nesters and so it’s just a big house,” he said. If he buys in town, the city has again offered to split the price, he said. “The city has made the agreement available to me if I decide to stay,” he said.

We need to fire Laguna Beach City manager John Pietig, for misspending city funds.

Feeling flush, council approves city manager raise

 February 5, 2015

Laguna Beach City Manager John Pietig should receive a 5% pay raise, the City Council decided Tuesday night in voting to amend Pietig's employment contract.
A second council vote will be needed to finalize the agreement.

Mayor Bob Whalen and Mayor Pro Tem Steve Dicterow were part of a subcommittee that evaluated Pietig's performance and recommended the salary increase, in part to bring his pay in line with that of other city managers in Orange County.

-------------------

Even different city officials, including some police officers, have said that they do not want John Pietig to have a pay raise. They say that the city simply cannot afford to give the city manager of Laguna Beach, more additional money. This is all happening, when other city officials do not even earn a quarter of the amount of money, that John Pietig earns. We are for people having a good quality of life, and to have a fair and balanced salary among city employees. We should design a better civilization, so the average individual can have a better quality of life. Some people only earn around 1,000 dollars a year for their pension, while Ken Frank's  retirement Pension is 229,000 $! Ken Frank does not even do anything, and was a very corrupt past politician, in Laguna Beach. See how it is the city manger Pietig and Ken Frank, that are the people setting up this money for themselves.

Explosive growth in CalPERS $100K pension club

We also want to stop paying ex-city manager Ken Frank's retirement pension. We also want the name of 'Ken Frank Park' removed from our town. This is an insult to the people of Laguna Beach. When your city manager's start naming parks after themselves.

Laguna’s Ex-City Manager Receives an Unexpected Gift

Posted On 02 Dec 2014

A small park created in 2012 at a trailhead off of Park Avenue was formally named the Kenneth Frank View Park by the City Council last week, honoring the retired city manager who served the city for 31 years.

http://www.lagunabeachindy.com/laguna-names-its-park-for-city-manager/

--------------

Why is it that the city managers make over a 220,000$ a year pension. While many teachers are only making a few thousand dollars a year for their pension? This is what happens you when you let unelected politicians in office. I say that we stop paying Ken Frank's pension, and divide it up to the teachers that really need it. Ken Frank and john Pietig are already millionaires. We also need to fire the current assistant city manager of Laguna Beach, Shohreh Dupuis. We should have people volunteer for the city manager position, including assistant city manager. This would save millions of dollars, that could better our town. We do not need to pay someone over 200,000$ a year, for politicians that steal money from the American People.

Demotions, pay cuts ordered for county executives

Orange County's assistant chief executive officer will be demoted and a deputy CEO will lose a $27,000 raise after a vote Tuesday by county supervisors responding to an audit criticizing unjustified promotions and pay raises.
The Board of Supervisors also opened a search for a new human resources director to replace Carl Crown by March. Crown announced Tuesday he is retiring and that his departure has nothing to do with the audit that concluded county policy and state rules were neglected in awarding raises and promotions.
The 3-2 board vote -- with Bill Campbell and Janet Nguyen dissenting -- comes on the heels of a scathing audit of the Human Resources department exposing rampant abuse and pay raises of 33 percent in less than six months. Campbell and Nguyen argued to give CEO Tom Mauk more time to come up with an alternate plan for implementing audit recommendations.

Following the recommendations of a county committee, including supervisors Pat Bates and Shawn Nelson, the split board agreed to demote Assistant CEO Rob Richardson, taking away his 401 (a) benefit and car allowance. Richardson will still draw his salary of $191,089, which includes a 33.13 percent pay raise in six months. But he will lose 7.8 percent in perks as an administrative manager III.
County officials said county pay regulations banned them from lowering Richardson's salary.

Deputy CEO for Infrastructure Alisa Drakodaidis saw her pay rise 33.4 percent in just five months after she got the job in May 2007. Now the board ordered her salary be reduced by 13.1 percent or $27,248. Her pay will be $180,752.

Other changes ordered by the board:
-- OC public works director of administration should be reclassified back to administrative manager III. The position was last held by Santa Ana Councilman Carlos Bustamante, who resigned in October amid a county investigation into allegations of sexual misconduct with employees.

-- Director of Public Finance Colleen Clark will keep the position of executive manager for which she was recruited. But the post will revert back to administrative manager III when she leaves. County Budget Director Frank Kim will also retain his position, but it will be downgraded when he leaves.

-- O.C. Dana Point Harbor Director Brad Gross will see his salary capped at $163,737 for three years. Gross had received four pay raises in nine months...

We must stop corrupt city officials in Orange County, that continue to harm the way of life, of the people of Orange County. We are calling for the people to stop these politicians. With all legal and peaceful means necessary. If we have hundreds of people protesting against City Manager John Pietig, we can remove him legally from office.

--------------------------------------

Some of the newspapers in Laguna, are shill newspapers that lie and cover up for the local corruption in the Laguna Beach government. This is why we don't even hear all of the stories about the corruption in Laguna Beach, that we should be. Our sewers are also eroding, while the City Manager pockets they money that could have gone to fixing the sewers. This happens while we hear about the ocean-life being threatened by pollution runoff. Can someone please not let these crooked politicians destroy Laguna Beach, just cause they want to pocket money. Someone else, should volunteer for city manager of Laguna Beach.  We need to use that misspent money to fix the sewers of Laguna Beach.  We need accountable politicians that won't steal the money from Laguna Beach. We need politicians that won't destroy the environment. We need to reform the current government of Laguna Beach, California. This needs to be done before these politicians completely ruin the environment, for just money.

How New Developments in Laguna Beach Will (and Won't) Deal With the Pollution in Aliso Creek

May 29 2008

Nine years ago, in a Weekly article titled "The Anus of Aliso Viejo," Matt Coker described the pollution levels in Aliso Creek, which flows from Modjeska Canyon to the ocean at Laguna Beach. It was, he said at that time, "a constant flow of urban runoff . . . pesticides, herbicides, dog shit, people shit and stuff you really don't want to know about."

Since then, not much has changed. Well, sort of. According to South Laguna Civic Association board member Mike Beanan, who gets in the ocean every week and swims underwater to see the damage for himself, "Dry-weather flow has gone from about 1.5 million gallons a day to 5 million gallons a day. . . . Hundreds of sea lions have died, and we've lost a lot of our kelp forests."

The kind of fish Hazzard is concerned about is the steelhead trout, once thought extinct and still protected under the Endangered Species Act. Hazzard is a former stream-team coordinator for Trout Unlimited, the 50-year-old cold-water-fisheries restoration organization, and a current "commander" of the Steelhead Militia, an organization based out of Saddleback College founded to protect the steelhead. He became an environmental activist following a swim in the Upper Oso reservoir to retrieve an outboard motor. "I went from four pages of medical records to [having] sores the size of a dime," he says. "I broke out in hives, later sores the size of a quarter [that] ate down to the muscle tissue, stayed open for six months, lost 70 pounds. It looked like I had full-blown AIDS." And that's when he says he called the county to report the sickness and was told "you can't get sick in the waters of Orange County."

After that, he says, he called Santa Clarita water management; the call was misrouted and went out to the sewage-treatment plant, which supplied the water for the reservoir. "And when I told the guy where I was, his response was, 'Oh my God, you're still alive?'" Hazzard recalls. "And that's when he said, 'You've got to tell your doctors what's in this water,' and that's when I started turning the corner and getting better. It took me five years to fully recover."

Laguna Beach Fined Over Sewage

Water board imposes $60,000 penalty for spills that closed beaches. Panel had 'lost tolerance,' member says.

July 25, 2000

http://articles.latimes.com/2000/jul/25/local/me-58648

The San Diego Regional Water Quality Board has fined Laguna Beach $60,000 for eight sewage spills that closed beaches over an 18-month period.
It is the first time in the last three years that the regional board has imposed fines on an Orange County city for sewage spills, said John Robertus, the executive officer of the board who recommended the fines.
Laguna Beach has a "significant track record" for such spills, Robertus said. "We've lost our tolerance for it."

From Jan. 1, 1999, through June 30, 2000, beaches in the city were closed for 29 days due to sewage leaks, said regional board member Wayne Baglin, a Laguna Beach resident. The eight spills caused 21,400 gallons of raw sewage to flow into the ocean.

18,000-Gallon Sewage Spill Closes Laguna's Crescent Bay

March 10, 2001

Crescent Bay in Laguna Beach is off-limits to swimming and surfing because of an 18,000-gallon sewage spill, said Larry Honeybourne, chief of the county Heath Care Agency's water quality division. The spill is the 11th to close a beach in Orange County this year.

California IN BRIEF : LAGUNA BEACH : Sewage Spill Keeps Aliso Beach Closed

February 29, 1992

A half-mile stretch of popular Aliso Beach along the Laguna Beach coast will remain closed to swimmers until next week as up to 100,000 gallons of treated sewage continues to spew into the ocean from a pipeline rupture only 90 feet from the shoreline, authorities said. County officials said they will not reopen the beach until officials with the South Coast Water District repair the ruptured pipeline, which normally discharges the sewage 1 1/2 miles offshore. Water district officials said the outfall was damaged two weeks ago by floods that roared down Aliso Creek. The latest closure marked the third time that Aliso Beach has been closed this year.

Viruses Found in Water Running to Aliso Creek

Health officials, notified of UCI test results in November, await proof before acting.

January 27, 2001
Hepatitis A and enterovirus were found last fall by a UCI researcher in Laguna Niguel gutters and storm drains that flow into Aliso Creek and eventually into the ocean at a popular surfing spot in Laguna Beach.

County health care officials who have known of the results since late November say there is no proven risk and that much of the runoff from the area already is being diverted to a sewage treatment plant. They say they are awaiting results from further testing.

Salt Creek (Orange County)

Pollution and treatment

The Salt Creek watershed is heavily developed, and as a result, it has been heavily impacted by polluted urban runoff. Prior to the construction of the Salt Creek Ozone Treatment Plant in 2004, at least 2.2 cubic feet per second (0.06 m3/s) flowed freely into the ocean, which caused a toxic plume of pollutants to drift south along the county beach and warrant its frequent closure. The $6.7 million USD facility treats the runoff with ozonation and releases it into the ocean, removing toxins, bacteria, garbage, polluted sediments, and other harmful substances. In effect the plant sterilizes the water, making it safe for contact, although not safe to drink.

Additional factors related to erosion along lower Aliso Creek that may affect the erosion risk ratings (and thus the stability of the proposed pipelines) were considered.  These factors include: 1) locations where concentrated surface runoff and tributary channels cross the proposed alignments, 2) the reliability of existing  bank  protection  measures  that  may  not  have  been  designed  because  they  were  installed  as emergency  protection,  3) the  potential  for  seepage  induced  bank  failures  associated  with  abandoned pipelines in the banks, 4) the potential for localized vertical degradation of the channel bottom, and 5) the reliability of the CTP and AWMA Bridges

'Baby Beach' Still Plagued by Bacteria

Pollution: Officials remain puzzled by contamination at closed Dana Point recreation site.

February 28, 1997

DANA POINT — If the mystery isn't solved soon, Dana Point's popular "Baby Beach" could be renamed "Bird Beach," or "Bacteria Beach," or something even uglier.

Six months after the discovery of high bacteria counts in the shallow offshore waters forced a quarantine on the small beach, county officials remain baffled about the source of the problem. An exhaustive series of tests has not ferreted out any one culprit.

Beach Blanketed with Bacteria

A combination of storm drain outlets, pigeon droppings and poor water circulation may be causing contamination of Dana Point's Baby Beach. The beach, popular for parents with toddlers because of its sheltered location, has been closed since August because of high bacteria levels. Hoping to find a definite answer, the county will place 16 monitoring wells to probe for the source of contamination. A closer look:
1. Storm drain outlets empty out to each end of beach
2. Pigeons congregate; excrement flows into harbor
3. Wind, current and tide create eddy; swirl holds bacteria in area

TCA Caught Red-handed Hiding Secret Contracts from the Public and Board Members.

Wednesday, February 19, 2014

At a recent TCA Board meeting, it was discovered that TCA CEO and Chairwomen Bartlett were literally ‘hiding’ contracts from the rest of TCA Board members and the public.  A handful of forward-thinking TCA Board members called Chairwomen Bartlett on the carpet—requiring her to justify such blatant misuse of power.  Here is her answer, as quoted in the Orange County Register:
"[lobbyists] were hired to counter “environmental extremists” who she blamed for working to stop the toll road extension. “We have successfully deployed a legion of experts to counter unfounded environmental attacks on the toll road,” Bartlett said. “Now, some are undermining the will of (road supporters) by exposing our strategy.”
Hmmmm….it seems like the TCA got caught doing something underhanded, and now they are trying to shift the blame.
So, what is TCA trying to hide?
  • TCA (Foothill Eastern) hid more than $220,000 in secret contracts to hire Sacramento lobbyists!  See the clip from TCA’s recent board meeting.  You can read in the Voice of Orange County.
  •
  • Motorists will have to pay an additional $1.8 billion to bail-out TCA’s (Foothill Eastern) financial mismanagement and massive debts. See Orange County Register.
  • Even with this massive public bail-out, a leading rating agency still declared TCA’s (Foothill/Eastern) bonds as junk bonds.
  • TCA broke its promise to make the 241 toll-free in 2040.  Motorists will have to pay increasingly high tolls until at least 2053.
  • TCA (Foothill/Eastern) has wasted more than $300 million in public funding on their failed project – and they plan to waste another $21 million on their project this year.
Who knows what else they are hiding from public view?

If you ask us, TCA's behavior of keeping "secret contracts" and aimlessly trying to ram a road through a state park seems pretty extreme.
Isn’t it time for TCA to finally quit wasting millions of public funds

Chapter 2: Corruption in Orange County

--------------------------------------

FBI Investigating Orange County Supervisors

 Jul 25th, 2013

The FBI confirmed today that a Task Force has been assembled from the FBI, IRS, District Attorney and U.S. Attorney’s Office to investigate reports of political campaign corruption in Orange County, California.  As America’s Most Republican County, it is not surprising that a Democrat Attorney General under a Democrat Administration would put powerful Republican politicians in their cross-hairs.  But with Orange County District Attorney Tony Rackauckas, a Republican and former Superior Court Judge, as part of the Task Force, my sources believe that over the next two months it is very likely the Supervisors homes will be raided and indictments will be issued for “pay to play” campaign corruption charges.

Although no details were made public about individuals or specific areas of corruption being investigated by the Task Force, Los Angeles FBI spokeswoman Laura Eimiller said it was formally created in April.  Similar task forces have been active in San Bernardino and Riverside Counties in recent years, investigating a variety of corruption charges involving elected officials.

But my sources indicate that the investigation has been ongoing for almost a year.  A secret Grand Jury has taken testimony from dozens of county staff members and a large number of vendors to the county’s CalOptima, which manages regional Medicaid hospital and out-patient services, and the Orange County Waste and Recycling, which manages the dumps, trash and environmental services.

In April, the Orange County Grand Jury called for the creation of a county ethics commission, citing the county’s 40-year history of corruption.  Supervisors ridiculed the idea, claiming the OC Grand Jury was mistaken.  But on June 24th, the California Fair Political Practices Commission, based on the findings of the Orange County Grand Jury alleging wide spread corruption at the highest levels of county government, confirmed they were investigating a majority of Orange County Supervisors and the Board of Directors of the CalOptima Medicaid program regarding potential conflict of interest violations of the Political Reform Act.

Orange County to fill vacant watchdog job to investigate sheriff, district attorney

Jan. 24, 2017

http://www.ocregister.com/articles/office-742094-county-attorney.html

Orange County soon could fill a law enforcement watchdog position that has been vacant for nearly 10 months after the Board of Supervisors directed staff Tuesday to hire an executive director for its Office of Independent Review.
Once a contract is negotiated, Gary Schons, a former senior state attorney general and former San Diego County deputy district attorney, will be charged with probing the Sheriff’s Department and the District Attorney’s Office, among other county agencies.
Schons’ hiring comes during a time when the U.S. Department of Justice, California Attorney General’s Office and Orange County grand jury separately are investigating allegations that county prosecutors and sheriff’s deputies misused jailhouse informants and withheld evidence from defense lawyers to win convictions or enhanced sentences.
The Office of Independent Review was formed in 2008 in the wake of the deadly jail beating of John Chamberlain to investigate jailhouse deaths and review allegations of excessive use of force against deputies. In March, its longtime former executive director, Stephen Connolly, resigned amid criticism that he failed to unearth the jailhouse informant issue and didn’t provide the board with adequate updates as the controversy became increasingly publicized.
The office has reviewed only the sheriff’s department in the past. But that soon will change, as the board voted in December 2015 to expand the watchdog’s oversight to include the district attorney, public defenders, probation and social services departments. Schons, who currently works for Best Best & Krieger in San Diego, will provide the board its first opportunity to peer more closely into those agencies, though the scope of those probes has been defined only vaguely thus far.
Earlier this month, three supervisors publicly stated that once the watchdog role is filled, they would direct its leader to launch its first investigation of the District Attorney’s Office, focusing on the office’s independent DNA collection program.
Schons did not immediately return calls for comment.

State watchdog widens investigation into Supervisor Andrew Do's taxpayer-funded mailers

Nov. 14, 2016

http://www.ocregister.com/articles/mailers-735446-county-sent.html

California’s political watchdog is widening its investigation into Orange County Supervisor Andrew Do’s use of taxpayer-funded mass mailers in the months leading up to the Nov. 8 election, when the supervisor sent out 1.2 million county communications for at least $277,000.
The California Fair Political Practices Commission said Monday it has merged a new complaint over Do’s mailings with an ongoing investigation.
The FPPC’s investigation does not signal that Do’s mailers were inappropriate or illegal, only that there is reason for the agency to begin an inquiry.
Do has stressed that his mailings are legal and argued they are a proper use of public funds to promote government events. Do’s office said the mailings promote events that benefit his constituents and “get the bureaucrats out from behind their cubicles.”
Do’s mailers, which promoted an array of community events and frequently featured the supervisor’s name, exceeded the cost and number of communications sent out by other county supervisors. The mailers’ proximity to the 1st District’s primary and general elections, for which Do was campaigning, prompted some political experts to say Do was gaining an unfair advantage.
Federal politicians can’t send out such public mailers in the 90 days before an election. That doesn’t affect Orange County politicians, but state law does lay out requirements for the mailers.
In April, one of Do’s 1st District primary opponents, Garden Grove Councilman Phat Bui, filed a complaint alleging Do violated a state law limiting how many times elected officers’ names can be displayed on a taxpayer-funded mailer. The FPPC is still investigating that complaint and now is also looking into a Nov. 2 complaint by county watchdog Shirley Grindle.
She echoes Bui’s accusation and also says that mailers from Do and board Chairwoman Lisa Bartlett violate state laws requiring government mailings to be “essential in the functioning of the program” that they’re promoting. Grindle said the mailers were unnecessary.
Bartlett said the direct-mail communications have helped attract more people to community events who otherwise might not have attended. She said she has sent out mailers since she was elected in 2014 and pointed out she has not been campaigning for any public office.
The FPPC is reviewing the complaint against Bartlett but has not yet decided whether it will investigate. Bartlett, who isn’t facing re-election this year, has sent out 850,000 mailers this year, at a cost to the county of more than $218,000.

Independent Audit Proves Massive Larry Agran Corruption At The Orange County Great Park

Since the late 1970s and until about a decade ago, Larry Agran served as the most beloved liberal politician in the heart of California's Ronald Reagan-style conservatism, Orange County. Democratic Party activists cherished his words and followed him around as loyal disciples. Lefty academics hailed him as a refreshing political reformer dedicated to good, honest government.
But 2004 ended up being a watershed year for Agran, who'd fought Bill Clinton for the 1992 Democratic Party nomination for president of the United States. Having become the undisputed boss of a political machine that controlled the City of Irvine, his deep character flaws revealed themselves to his close political and personal allies: journalist Will Swaim, then my editor here at the Weekly, UC Irvine professor and onetime an Agran-appointed city planning commission chairman Mark Petracca and defense lawyer Chris Mears...

Late yesterday, the well-respected financial forensics team at Hagen, Streiff, Newton & Oshiro Accountants (HSNO) issued a scathing, 50-page audit report that should be Agran's political obituary.

In a just world, the HSNO audit also would be the alarm to finally awaken all the investigatory bodies that have for years oddly ignored mounting evidence of Agran's corruption: the FBI, California Attorney General's office, U.S. Department of Justice, Tony Rackauckas' Orange County District Attorney's office and the Orange County Grand Jury...

Page after page of the audit reveals how Agran, Krom and their bureaucrats shamelessly treated hundreds of millions of dollars in public funds as their own money. They repeatedly botched park planning, hid spending from other elected officials, hired cronies, doctored public records, concocted shell games, inflated sweetheart deals, lied to the public about the success of park planning and wasted tens of millions of dollars through sheer incompetence. Perhaps most troubling, they essentially used the park piggy bank as their re-election treasuries.
We previously knew Agran handed Arnold Forde--his private political adviser and, by the way, a Rackauckas pal--a $100,000 a month, no bid contract to perform public relations for a park that didn't exist.

Thanks to the audit we now also know that Agran funneled another $50,000 a month deal as well as a third lucrative contract to Forde...

FBI Spearheads Task Force to Investigate OC Political Corruption

Jul 31, 2013

The FBI, Internal Revenue Service, district attorney and U.S. attorney’s office have formed a task force to investigate reports of political corruption in Orange County, the FBI confirmed Wednesday.

The state’s Fair Political Practices Commission, which enforces campaign reporting laws and is investigating a majority of the Board of Supervisors, as well as the board of CalOptima, also is working closely with the task force, according to county sources.

No details were made public about individuals or specific areas of corruption being investigated by the task force, but Los Angeles FBI spokeswoman Laura Eimiller said it was formally created in April.
Similar task forces have been active in San Bernardino and Riverside counties in recent years, investigating a variety of corruption charges involving elected officials.
For example, in April the task force in Riverside County served search warrants for the homes of Moreno Valley’s five City Council members as part of an investigation into relations between a corporation and the city.

Also in April, the Orange County grand jury called for creation of a county ethics commission, citing the county’s 40-year history of corruption. Supervisors rejected the idea and blasted the grand jury, claiming it was mistaken.
Eimiller noted the FBI has a permanent political corruption unit based in Orange County, which falls under the jurisdiction of the Los Angeles FBI field office. On a daily basis, that and other federal and local law enforcement offices work on specific cases.

Ethics Commission Proposed for Orange County Government

April 16, 2013

The Orange County Grand Jury, citing the county’s 40-year history of political corruption, Monday recommended creation of an independent ethics commission to advise elected officials of ethical pitfalls and increase public confidence in government.

“Trust in government is dependent upon officials that place the public interest ahead of their own,” according to the 32-page report titled "A Call for Ethical Standards: Corruption in Orange County."

Decade after decade since the early 1970s, Orange County has been rocked by one political scandal after another that sent to prison members of the Board of Supervisors, the sheriff, a member of Congress, some of the state’s biggest political donors and dozens of others.

In addition, the county declared bankruptcy in 1994, which at the time was the largest in the nation by a government body.

“Sadly,” the grand jury reported, “it is the Grand Jury’s hypothesis that untoward behavior continues and is actively festering in today’s political environment. In point of fact, this and several other studies conducted by the 2012-2013 Grand Jury address the fact that corruption has permeated all levels of the organization, and does not apply only to elected officials positioned visibly in the public eye.”

Ethics watchdog Shirley Grindle's latest violator? Her own campaign committee

Jan. 9, 2017

http://www.ocregister.com/articles/grindle-740650-county-ethics.html

For nearly 40 years, Shirley Grindle has served as the county’s volunteer watchdog of campaign finance rules, a stickler for the details who doesn’t hesitate to file complaints against scofflaws.
Grindle’s latest catch?
Her own campaign committee.
Last May, the whistleblower reported to the state that her committee, Citizens for Orange County Ethics Commission, placed 200,000 automated calls to prospective voters that failed to include the required identification of the committee. The campaign was successful; 69 percent of voters in June approved the creation of an ethics commission.
In other words, the ethics watchdog turned in her committee for an ethics violation committed in pursuit of an ethics commission.
She has agreed that the committee will pay a $1,500 fine to the state Fair Political Practices Commission.
“We deserved the penalty,” Grindle said, after laughing at the irony of the offense. “We screwed up. But I didn’t do it.”
She said that three volunteers, whom she declined to name, made the arrangements for the automated calls without running the plan by her – despite her request that she review everything.
“I didn’t know anything about it until I got the robocall,” she said.
In the settlement, which will go before the FPPC for final approval Jan. 19, agency staff noted that there was no intent to deceive and that Grindle had self-reported the violation. It also noted that the calls were included on the campaign finance statements filed with the state.
In explaining the size of the fine, the FPPC also noted Grindle’s cooperation. The maximum fine for the violation is $5,000. Grindle said the committee is using the $1,060 remaining in the campaign account to help pay the fine.
“The guys who did it are pooling their money to cover the rest,” she said.
Grindle began policing campaign contributions in the 1970s in response to the influence she said land developers had over county officials. She wrote the county’s campaign reform ordinance, dubbed TINCUP, which became law in 1978.
Over the years, Grindle, 82, has repeatedly urged county supervisors to approve an ethics commission to take over her work. County supervisors finally agreed to put a measure establishing such a panel on the ballot last year.
Grindle said a subcommittee of the Board of Supervisors is preparing to interview candidates to serve as executive director of the new commission.
County supervisors had previously sought unsuccessfully to have the FPPC serve as the enforcer for TINCUP.

Orange County law enforcement watchdog job to remain empty as chosen candidate withdraws

Feb. 2, 2017

http://www.ocregister.com/articles/schons-742991-board-county.html

Orange County’s long-vacant law enforcement watchdog position will remain unfilled indefinitely after county supervisors said Thursday their pick to fill the role withdrew his application only two weeks after he had been chosen for the job.
The delay amounts to a major setback for the county as supervisors must now start from scratch in trying to hire their own investigator to probe the Sheriff’s Department and the District Attorney’s Office, which have come under increased scrutiny over allegations they routinely cheated in court to gain convictions.
Supervisors said Gary Schons, a former senior state attorney general who the board selected on Jan. 24 to lead its Office of Independent Review (OIR), withdrew his application this week during the final phases of his contract negotiation over concerns that the job might present a conflict of interest with his law firm.
The board, which has operated without any external law enforcement oversight for 10 months, plans to launch another search for a new executive director – a nearly five-month process that could leave the job unfilled until July or later.
“Schons was extremely well qualified,” Supervisor Todd Spitzer said Thursday. “Obviously I am disappointed.”
In addition to depriving the board of its law enforcement watchdog for even longer, Schons’s last-minute withdrawal likely will disappoint U.S. Department of Justice officials, who have said they are closely watching how the county handles the Office of Independent Review position. The Department of Justice launched its own civil rights investigation into the county’s judicial system in December over the snitch scandal, and Spitzer believes the OIR could become a key arbitrator for any changes that federal agents require of the county.
The delay also postpones the board’s first-ever probe into the District Attorney’s Office – a look into its independent DNA collection program – which supervisors stated last month they would direct the new OIR director to launch once the job was filled.
If all had gone well on Thursday, the board was set to hire Schons and have him start immediately. Instead, Schons wrote a letter to supervisors this week explaining that his law firm, Best Best & Krieger in San Diego, said that he couldn’t accept the position because it presented too many conflicts of interests with the numerous municipalities the firm represents.
But, according to Supervisor Andrew Do, the board didn’t even know Schons wanted to be hired through his firm. Do said he thought Schons was going to leave his job to work for the county. Even with the new information, though, the board was prepared to make the hire.
“It caught me by surprise,” said Do, who along with Supervisor Lisa Bartlett sat on the committee that selected and interviewed candidates for the job.
When asked what conflicts might have prevented Best Best & Krieger from agreeing to the contract, Do said that law firms don’t have to reveal their list of clients. But he added: “We obviously didn’t see a conflict.”
Schons did not return calls for comment.

SENIOR ASSISTANT ATTORNEY GENERAL GARY SCHONS RESIGNS UNDER PUBLIC CORRUPTION COVER UP COMPLAINTS TO AG KAMALA HARRIS, HOWEVER SCHONS HAS A PUBLIC CORRUPTION GOLDEN PARACHUTE

In November of 2009 the San Diego County District Attorneys Special Operations Director (Internal Affairs) under DDA Damon Mosler was cordinating the obstruction, of the filing, and investigation of criminal complaints involving Deputy District Attorneys under his supervision, and multiple Oceanside Police officers, involved in eight years of evidence tampering, and election fraud. Part of DDA Mosler's obstruction was to lie about the authority of the DA's office to investigate the crimes, and state that the complaints and documentation would have to be taken to SAAG Gary Schons of the San Diego Attorney Generals Office, due to a conflict of interest. Future investigation disclosed that DDA Mosler was covering up a lot more evidenced tampering than this reporter was aware of at that time, which was published in future articles, and that SAAG Schons had a "Golden Parachute Retirement System" with the San Diego DA's office...

Newport Beach Police Sued By Ex-Cops for 'Intolerable' Corruption

Two well-respected, former police detectives have filed a lawsuit in Orange County Superior Court alleging rampant corruption at the Newport Beach Police Department and City Hall.

Craig Frizzell and Steve Shulman say that police bosses repeatedly rigged promotion tests, gave improper consulting deals to favored retired cops, granted secret access to sensitive police databases to unauthorized individuals outside the department, took free hotel rooms, handed special favors to businessmen who provided free meals and retaliated against honest officers who complained.

California Superior Court Corruption Reported by CNN Legal View with Ashleigh Banfield

Orange County Family Court reform advocates report corruption problems like those catalogued in the documentary film Divorce Corp.

 May 6, 2014

Corruption and collusion between family law court judges and lawyers are reported in this video clip from CNN Legal View with Ashleigh Banfield. Banfield and Dr. Drew Pinsky discuss the documentary film Divorce Corp, which "shines a bright light on the appalling waste, and shameless collusive practices seen daily in family courts.”

Divorce Corp catalogs egregious examples of family court corruption throughout the United States, with California courts portrayed as the most corrupt in the country. Within California, Sacramento Family Law Court emerges as the poster child and worst-of-the-worst.

Former Orange County Sheriff Mike Carona freed from prison early

May 14, 2015

His departure from public life was nasty, dramatic and well-documented. But former Orange County Sheriff Mike Carona got out of prison this week in a far different manner:

Quietly, and somewhat mysteriously.

Carona, 59, has left a federal prison medical center in Lexington, Ky., said Kenny Coleman, the center’s camp administrator, on Thursday. Carona served 52 months of a 66-month sentence for felony witness tampering.

The political corruption that still exists in Orange County, including Laguna Beach, will continue to harm the environment, if nothing is done.

We cannot continue to allow these authorities to create problems, while adding more toxic waste sites in Orange County.

These officials still continue to profit from pollution in Orange County, while many of the people go unaware of what is happening.

We feel that it is the best interests for the people, to call for a reformation of the government in Orange County, including in Laguna Beach.

As a researcher, it is my duty to inform the people, that a grave injustice is taking place in Orange County, California.

It is our duty, to educate the public, about the problems harming the planet and environment.

We feel that the current administration in Orange County, including Laguna Beach, is not capable of dealing with the current environmental problems in the county.

We feel that the current government in Orange County, is not representing the people.

This is why we think that it is reasonable, to call for a reformation of the current administration of the current government, in Orange County California, including Laguna Beach, California. We are calling for the removal of City Manger John Pietig, from political office.

For additional information about the corruption in Laguna Beach, view Chapter 41: Cellphone sites.

How corrupt is Orange County politics?

Apr 16, 2012

As a scathing audit revealed last year, the County’s Human Relations under Mauk regularly approved unjustified raises and promotions, breaking county and state rules to benefit its own employees and those of Mauk’s office, squandering over a hundred million of your money and mine.  It was a free-for-all, everyone giving each other the highest performance reviews, people approving their own raises, the Supervisors being kept in the dark over promotions and raises they were supposed to have been in charge of.  More gruesome details are here – pay raises of 33% within 6 months, a Dana Point Harbors Director with four raises in 9 months, and more.

What about Let Laguna Vote.com. This is how the government of Laguna Beach, wanted to build a multi million dollar parking garage. This parking garage costs several million dollars more, than it should have. This is so the city council and city manager could pocket the money. Everyone got wise to this. This is why the project never passed. It does not take 43 million dollars, to build such a small parking structure.

Laguna Beach scraps $43 million village entrance project

Nov. 13, 2013

A proposed $43 million village entrance project for Laguna Beach is no more after a city workshop Tuesday.

Months of debate about the proposed park and four-story, 506-space parking structure that were to be built at Forest Avenue and Broadway pitted Chamber of Commerce members against dozens of residents. Some residents had hoped the project would go on a local ballot.

After three hours of public comments Tuesday evening, the City Council voted 4-0 (with Mayor Kelly Boyd absent) to take the parking structure off the table and to try a project that involves no debt.

Many Laguna Beach Police and Fire Department officials were fired a few years ago. This is because they had police dressing up as firefighters, trying to 'bust' people selling cannabis. They would sneak up on people, dressed as firefighters. This was done, so that it wouldn't alarm the people being arrested, as much. This was found to be Unconstitutional, and many Laguna Beach police were fired over this. I did see them a couple times. They looked like firefighters, but they had combat boots on. They even tried to get near me. I mentioned to my friend that we should get away, cause these guys were government employees, trying to listen in on our conversation. I figured they were just walking recording devices, trying to use anything you say, against you. The funny thing is that I was right. Especially a few years ago, when you try to mention anything about cannabis. The police in Laguna, would want to try and search you, just for that. You should see how many Laguna Beach police, have transferred over to other agencies, because they are disgusted at some of the policies of the Laguna Beach Police. You see police, became the police to help people. What I see is many of the Police in Laguna Beach, go out of their way to harm citizens and get them in trouble, for no reason. The good police see this, and want to have nothing to do with the corruption. Now I ask that the Laguna Beach Police leave my family alone. Laguna Beach Police try to break the law, in order to get others in trouble. They even set open beer cans in the park, so homeless people pick up the beer cans. Then the police wait and arrest them, when the homeless person grabs the beer can. They write them a ticket for public intoxication, and arrest that person.

When many found out that I was a cancer researcher, and the police were going out of their way to harm me. Many police resigned from their positions. They did not want to have any part in the corruption. I thank you and respect you a lot for doing this.

As U.S. cuts ties with private prisons, California to keep using them

Aug. 29, 2016

SAN FRANCISCO – The Justice Department recently decided to phase out the confinement of federal inmates in private prisons, but tens of thousands of state prisoners – including 10,700 from California – will remain in the corporate-owned institutions that a government report has criticized over safety and security.
California has transferred prisoners to private institutions, some of them in other states, for more than five years to relieve overcrowding in state prisons, but state, and local, use of them is beginning to be questioned. One Bay Area lawmaker has called for the state to stop sending inmates to prisons far from their families or California inspectors, and another legislator is moving to stop cities and counties in California from contracting with private prisons to hold federal immigration detainees.

New Evidence Deputies Committed Perjury in Orange County Snitch Scandal

O.C. Watchdog: Police agencies tap secret cellphone system

Feb. 24, 2016

http://www.ocregister.com/articles/law-705644-anaheim-police.html

The city of Anaheim has taken the local lead in deploying secret technology that can intercept cellphone communications and used the systems to assist investigations involving at least three other Orange County law enforcement agencies, the Register has found.
Officials in the county’s largest city, however, have yet to adopt and release publicly a state-mandated policy spelling out when the devices will be used, as well as how they’ll handle and protect the data collected.
Investigators from the Orange County Sheriff’s Department, which polices most of South County, Brea and Buena Park, have made use of information from Anaheim’s cellphone transmission “catchers,” which are sometimes called “stingrays” in reference to the brand name StingRay, officials said. More than a dozen other local police agencies in Orange County either referred questions back to Anaheim, said they were not aware of information from the system being used by their cities or did not respond to inquiries.
The state law, signed by the governor in October, required cities operating the systems to publicly adopt policies governing their use as of Jan. 1. It’s intended to ensure that Californians are at least generally aware when local officials decide to deploy cell-catcher technology.
The devices mimic wireless telecommunications towers and can trick cellphones into connecting to them rather than the towers. Police then can collect data from the phones, including phone numbers and GPS points. Their use has grown increasingly controversial, particularly as it has spread from federal to local agencies. Legal challenges seeking information on the tracking devices have been filed against Anaheim and other cities.

Water treatment contaminants: ToxiC traSh iN DriNkiNg Water

February 2013

http://www.fairwarning.org/wp-content/uploads/2013/02/2012_tap_water_report_8b.pdf

The EPA’s rules for water treatment contaminants
date back to 1974, when scientists discovered that
chlorine was reacting with dissolved pollution in the
water supply to create more contaminants.

Five years later, the EPA set the nation’s first standards for
trihalomethanes at 100 parts per billion, calculated as
the running annual average of total concentration of
the chemicals.

In 1998, the Clinton EPA lowered the trihalomethane cap to a running annual average of 80 parts per billion and set a new legal limit for
haloacetic acids at a running annual average of 60
parts per billion.

But the agency’s regulatory scheme succeeded in
conveying a false sense of security to the public.
as noted earlier, the EPA regulates just nine
pollutants generated by chlorine or chloramine--
four trihalomethanes and five haloacetic acids (EPA
2012a).

These nine regulated chemicals represent
less than 2 percent of the more than 600 unwanted
chemicals created by the interaction of water
treatment disinfectants and pollutants in source
water (Barlow 2004).

The legal limits for the nine regulated chemicals
are not what either the agency or many independent
scientists believe is truly safe.

Rather, the regulations represent political compromises that take into
account the costs and feasibility of treatment.
In 2010, California’s Office of Environmental
Health Hazard Assessment proposed a “public health
goal” for trihalomethanes of 0.8 parts per billion.

A “goal” is not a binding legal limit, but setting a goal
is the first step in the process that establishes such
a limit. California regulators estimated that if the
goal of 0.8 parts per billion were attained, bladder
cancer risks would be reduced to no more than 1
in a million (oehha 2010).

The state is still in the process of publishing its final goal. Still, the 2010
proposal represents what California’s public health and environmental
experts believe should be done to protect the public from carcinogenic trihalomethanes.

It is significant that that this proposed goal is one-hundredth of the
EPA cap.

Toxic Chemical Dioxane Detected In More Water Supplies

 March 26, 2014

Transcript
DAVID GREENE, HOST:
Earlier this year, a chemical spill in West Virginia forced officials to put a ban on drinking water that affected some 300,000 people. This also highlighted an unsettling truth: While officials test our drinking supply, they're only targeting a few chemicals. Many contaminants go undetected.

Here's NPR's Elizabeth Shogren.

ELIZABETH SHOGREN, BYLINE: Toxic chemicals can make it into tap water for years without experts knowing it. That's because of a basic fact about how treatment plants test their water.

MIKE WEHNER: You really only find the things you look for.
SHOGREN: Mike Wehner is a manager with the Orange County Water District in California. The troubling consequences of this truth were brought home to him when California added 1,4-dioxane to the list of chemicals it might someday regulate, and Wehner's utility decided to test for it.

WEHNER: We detected 1,4-dioxane in our treatment plant, and not really being very effectively removed by the treatment processes that were employed at the time.

SHOGREN: Wehner says it was a complete surprise. Industries use 1,4-dioxane to dissolve oily or greasy substances. The federal government says it probably causes cancer. Fortunately, Orange County's problem was caused by only one company. Officials quickly tracked it down and got it to stop releasing the chemical. Still, agency officials decided to install expensive new water treatment equipment.

Chapter 3: 295 Broadway Street (Asbestos in the water)

---------------------------------------
---------------------------------------

( This is about an Asbestos filled building that was flooded in 2010. The water was illegally dumped back out into the ocean. The city manager approved this. )

There is an old telecommunications building, owned by Verizon Wireless, located at 295 Broadway St, in Laguna Beach, California. On the door of the building, there is a warning sign that warns of toxic chemicals such as asbestos, inside of the building.

This old telecommunications building, use to store old telecommunications equipment. Many of these components used for telecommunications equipment in the past, have been known to contain toxic chemicals, such as PCBs.

In 2010, the downtown area of Laguna Beach flooded. Many people were concerned, because the Verizon building that contains asbestos, including other toxic chemicals, is next to a river that was overflowing, in a flood zone.

---------------------------------
Part of this building was hit by the flood in 2010, and flooded parts of the inside of the building. The water that flooded the building was diverted back out of the building, and into the river, which leads out to the ocean. Asbestos, including other chemicals being stored from telecommunications equipment, washed out into the river, and into the ocean.

Laguna Beach Laguna Canyon Flooding Downtown Rainfall Flood Overflow Mud Cleanup

[1:55 you will see that the building that contains asbestos, was flooded. The city then dumped the toxic water back into the open sewage drain, that leads out to the ocean.]

-------------------------

Here are the pictures of 295 Braodway. You will notice in the video above, that this area in the picture was flooded in 2010. The basement of the building that contains toxic asbestos, was flooded as well. The city manager illegally dumped the toxic water, back in the storm drain, less than 100 feet from the building. The toxic contaminated asbestos water, then went and drained out in the ocean. The city was fined over this situation. Both city mangers were being bribed, to keep quiet about the problems with this building. This building needs to be condemned.

On the side of the Verizon building, there is a warning sign, that states that underground storage tanks are inside of the building. Many people question the severity, that these underground tanks were damaged in the flood.

Now Laguna Beach city manager, John Pietig including the Planning commission, want to add a cellphone tower, on the top of the Verizon building, at 295 Broadway, in Laguna Beach, California. The Verizon building, is already an existing toxic asbestos site, that was flooded in 2010.

Currently, the city manager, and city attorney, are not elected by the people of Laguna Beach, California. They are appointed to office, by other city officials from the city council.

When politicians start harming the environment, it is then the right of the people to put a stop to the harm being done to the environment

We need to reform our government in Laguna Beach, where the people get to vote in elected city officials.

I have personally seen the way the government is in Laguna Beach. I see the problems and harm that happens to the environment, when you let officials in office, that are unelected by the people. I do not have a personal grudge with any city officials, or the police.   Many people feel the current administration, is not properly handling many of the problems that we face in Orange County. This is why we are confident in our decision, to reform our government in Orange County, including all of California, America & the world.

We are asking for help from the public, to end the corruption in California politics, including the corruption in Orange County politics. We are calling for the removal of the following government officials in Orange County, from our political system.

We are personally calling for the peaceful and legal immediate removal of,

John  Pietig (City manager)

We need to peacefully remove all current City Council and Planning Commissioner members, in 2015 & 2017. We need to reform the City Council of Laguna Beach. I stated this in 2015. it is now 2017 and nothing is done. Now the city of Laguna Beach, tries to harass me as a journalist. I am asking the American people, to stop this corruption in Laguna Beach legally.

John Pietig is unelected by the people. John Pietig is stealing from the Laguna Beach treasury. Then is reelected by a corrupt private council. He is not elected by the people. We want to be able to elect our city leaders. This is an unacceptable form of government.

The City Council appointed Commission appoints the Laguna Beach planning commissioners.

Both the Laguna Beach city manager, including the planning commissioners, are not elected by the people. Both of these groups, are responsible for the existing problems at 295 Broadway St.

We are also calling for the removal of the private law firm of Rutan & Tucker, from being the city attorney of Laguna Beach.  Now years after writing this article, Rutan & Tucker filed a false arrest on me. Look at how the City officials will get me or my dad in trouble, at any expense. This includes being falsely arrested for 25 grams of cannabis. When I had a prescription for it, and I was out of jail in 16 hours, in August, 2014. They said I couldn't smoke that much, only traveling back to my house to get food and back. I want the politicians in Laguna, to stop threatening my cancer and science research. I am going to ask the people to stop the police and politicians, from trying to harm my research. I stress by peaceful and legal means necessary.

There are many good people that work in the government. Not everyone on the city council or the planning commission is bad. Some even disagree with the city manager. The problem is a few corrupt politicians, ruin it for the rest of the people, who try to put an effort to make the correct decisions. However we still need to reform our current political system, in Laguna Beach, including California. This would call for a reformation of the current government, to deal with the environmental concerns facing the city of Laguna Beach. This is unacceptable what the government of Laguna Beach, is doing to the environment and the people.

Many people love the town of Laguna Beach, and do not want the political corruption, to continue to harm the town of Laguna Beach.

 --------------------

Even when many people object to putting cellphone sites in certain residential areas, and inside areas where children learn, such as the Saint Catherine of Siena Parish. As seen in the following link,

5. Conditional Use Permit 14-1817 to establish a wireless communications facility at 1042 (aka 990) Temple Terrace (Saint Catherine of Sienna Parish) consisting of 9 radio transmission antennas, 27 remote radio units and associated ancillary equipment mounted on an existing roof tower with 2 GPS antennas and condensing units mounted behind an existing parapet wall.  This proposal is exempt from the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Article 19 (Categorical Exemptions), Section 15301(b) (Existing Facilities - Existing facilities of both investor and publicly owned utilities).   )

The Laguna Beach planning commission, still approved this communications site, at Saint Catherine of Siena Parish, even when most of the community did not want it allowed in our community. The planning commission, now wants to add an existing cellphone site, on top of a building that contains asbestos, at 295 Broadway St.

I attended the council meeting on December 10th, 2014, & February 27th, 2015  (http://www.lagunabeachcity.net/cityhall/meetings_agendas_and_minutes.asp) This was to try and stop the city, from adding additional telecommunications equipment, on a building that was flooded with dangerous chemicals, and has asbestos. About a month later, the police were at my door, asking questions. This building should be condemned They should not be given the right, to add all of this telecommunications equipment to this building that is a threat to our oceans. I had to release this blog in an emergency, because the police were at my door, asking to to step outside. I wanted to make a video about this in the near future, to explain.

We are currently trying to stop the Laguna Beach Planning Commissioners, from putting a wireless telecommunications facility, at 295 Broadway St. Here is the conditional use permit they want to approve.

(  Conditional Use Permit 14-1839 to establish a wireless telecommunications facility consisting of 16 panel antennas, 1 parabolic antenna, 8 raycaps, 2 GPS antennas and 16 remote radio units mounted on an existing building with three ancillary equipment cabinets proposed on the interior of the building at 295 Broadway Street (Verizon Building).  This proposal is exempt from the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Article 19 (Categorical Exemptions), Section 15301(b) (Existing Facilities - Existing facilities of both investor and publicly owned utilities).

Staff Recommendation: Table Conditional Use Permit 14-1839, which will be re-noticed when a hearing date is set.     )

------------------

We are currently in the process of making a video about this building, at 295 Broadway St.

We are tired of the political corruption, threatening the environment, in California. We are tired of the political corruption that also continues to threaten the journalists, trying to stop the corruption that is causing the pollution, in the state of California.

Update: February 10th, 2015:

The city is now going to rescind (repeal) the wireless communications facility at 1042 (aka 990) Temple Terrace (Saint Catherine of Sienna Parish).

We thank everyone for their help in working together, to stop these two telecommunications facilities, in the city of Laguna Beach.

Now someone has mentioned that John Pietig wants a pay raise. This is after John Pietig, did not get the money he was going to get, from these two telecommunications sites.

 ----------------------------------------------------

It is very sad how the American people, have allowed these corrupt politicians, such as John Pietig, to still be allowed in office. This is a slap in the face to the media, that the American people still allow this to take place. However, things are about to change. We will no longer tolerate politicians that harm the environment in these ways. We need to use peaceful and legal means to remove them from our political process. Another thing, reporters such as myself, can shame their local government, just as this. I think the government in Laguna Beach is shameful, and how they treat the environment needs to change. Can we all agree on that?
I am glad that I could inform the public, with this information on the environment, in order for you to make the proper decisions.

Someone please help me. I have the police in Laguna Beach, and the Laguna Beach politicians trying to harm my family, for just talking about this. Tell the city of Laguna Beach, that you have read this article, and that you are aware of the corruption going on in Laguna Beach, California.

Why is it that the news did not want to tell you about my website on cancer research. I will let you know, that the news does not want you to know the truth.

Here is an updated book, on the global voter fraud that is going on around the world.

Global Voter Fraud Investigated
globalvoterfraud.blogspot.com

I released this new book on January 2nd, 2017. Two days after I released this book, I had over 30 SWAT and police raid my home.

It just seems that the government always tries to block my investigations. Right when I am on the trail of something good, they just try to somehow stop my work. The theme of these books, is that we need to treat everyone better.

My media site is up in ratings over 400% now. I have been laughing for the past 5 days since the news interview. This is the most I have ever laughed before in my life. At one point I couldn't even physically laugh anymore, cause my voice was about to go. I even now am able to expose the mainstream media, and how many important things they try to leave out in an interview. Imagine if you had important books such as these, you were trying to help families. Then the news won't even tell you that I have some of the top cancer research in the world. It is a shame of the type of world we live in these days.

I do not feel that it was necessary for the government to take my guns. I have multiple publications about the corruption going on in Orange County and Laguna Beach. I think that a couple of the city council members are alright. The truth is I actually like 1-2 of the city council members. I am known in town, as the town mascot. I was just joking around with the city council. I even sent them off emails to my music videos, in good faith a few years ago. My arrest was a huge misunderstanding. I feel that the government also tries to get me in trouble a lot, when it isn't necessary. I just think that the city manager and a few politicians, are just bad recycled politicians. However, I never stated that I wanted to use violence or harm someone. It was for a publicity stunt. I am known as Captain Teemo when in character sometimes. This character is a game from League of Legends, the character is known for dressing up in camouflage, and goes stealth. This is why I had a theme for a camo/gillie suit. This is why I mentioned the word 'rats,' as a joke. Captain Teemo is this badger type animal. Some people just can't take a joke. I published the post as a joke. You can obviously see it is a joke. This is why no charges were pressed. This was just for a Hollywood publicity stunt. There also is a thing called Freedom of Speech in America. I wouldn't be talking about illegal stuff online to incriminate myself, if I were trying to do anything illegal. At least my music video was up on the news stations at 3 o'clock, 5 o'clock, 6 o'clock and 8 am news. I do not think I deserve to be detained for this though. I did not deserve to be thrown in jail. Can you please not illegally arrest me again. I was just joking around, in character. Trying to promote my music video and book. The police are supposed to help people. I do not like how the Laguna Beach Police, try to harm people, including myself. I want to make a public statement, that I feel that if I raise a family in Laguna Beach, that my family will not be safe. This is cause of the corruption in the police department. My bail was set at 20,000$. Then the Laguna Beach Police took me out of the system, so that no one even knew I was in jail. Then the police raise my bail, to 250,000$. This is how bad the Laguna Beach Police, try to harm people.

I was also illegally arrested in August, 2014 by the Laguna Beach police. I had 25 grams of cannabis. It is legal to carry 1 ounce of cannabis at the time, with your medical prescription. They said that I could not go from my house and back in 20 minutes to pick up food at a restaurant, and smoke that much cannabis in that amount of time. They stated that since I couldn't physically smoke 25 grams in 20 minutes, that it was not for personal use. Then they arrested me for it. I went to central OC jail. The clerk said I did not break any laws, and that I was free to go. I was illegally arrested and detained for 16 hours. This was just 3 weeks after I posted my documentary on Hillary Clinton. I feel that I was falsely arrested for spite. I felt that I was then falsely detained again on January 4th, 2017. I did not commit any crime, and I was free to go from this misunderstanding.
